A work bag, backpack, grocery tote, or suitcase may seem unrelated to foot comfort, yet every load you carry changes the forces your body must control. Carrying heavy bags can shift the trunk, alter arm swing, shorten a step, and place more pressure on one side. The effects may be subtle at first.
